This version brings a new VO2 Max training plan designed by the professional Coach Martin Burrows.
Asso added is the the ability to import workout files (ICW, MRC or ERG) directly from the app (go in the workouts screen, navigate into a custom folder, and tap on the “import” button). You’ll be able to select files using a file manager, your cloud storage, and other locations depending on your system and apps.
